Ragdoll Runners

Note 1: some undownloadable replays will persist until I clean them or their authors beat their records. Note 2: sorry to have taken two days to fix the problem but this was very tricky (haven't slept much). Note 3: to update the game, sometimes you need to disconnect and reconnect to Steam. Or just wait a little.
