Good copy. Very good, watchable film. Unfortunately, the final 15 minutes are **HORRIBLE**. Small details fall apart (example: why did the Chicago police confiscate Arnold's first gun, but not his second gun?) The ending with Viktor is anti-climatic and not believable. It's like the original, excellent screenwriter died with only 15 minutes of the film remaining to write.
