If you have Minecraft installed in default folder (%appdata%.minecraft, which is actually C:UsersYourUsernameAppDataRoaming.minecraft) then you can simply install this pack, otherwise you have to choose your Minecraft folder at the beginning of installation.

You can also install Resource Packs to folder like C:MinecraftResourcePacks and then manually move files.
