Edit: Whole download took 16 minutes, 10 minutes to install, works perfectly and yes it does save. Be sure to enable vsync and set refresh rate to same as your desktop or it will fail to stay focused in some cases when starting the game or changing settings. (For some reason game defaulted to 25hz instead of the 60hz I run desktop and other games at.)
