I downloaded this and watched it. The quality is not 720p. The quality is shi* and for the file size I'd expect a decent rip.

Great video quality but I notice some glitches in framerate and not nice scars when action is dynamic. But it's not disturbing at all if you're not perfectionist. Sound is very good but sometimes too quiet. :-)
I'm happy because there is lack of Rome in good quality so it is perfect in this situation.
