Pages 348-351 are absent.
The center of the book is blurry thus difficult to read, but that's ok for me.\n
Overall quality is fair.

Not perfect, but will work for beginners.
Missing pages 348 - 351. Pretty sure character sheets which should be downloaded directly from the source for maximum quality anyway.

Quick download! Glanced over it, looks to be a great quality scan too! Missing the character sheet for some reason, but that's available elsewhere. Overall I am very happy with this one.

This is, in deed, the new IKRPG book. Very good quality, both covers are present and the scaner did a good job. The only thing I might have done differently was perhaps adjust the brightness, but that is a minor flaw and it can easily e worked around. The important thing is that we can finally sink our teeth into this new tome and get a grasp on what they have done with our beloved IK world while we work on putting aside the sixty bucks for an actual copy.
My heartfelt thanks go out to boytype for uploading this for us!

Just a curiosity question, and my only real complaint about this file, but is there any particular reason why pages 348 t 351 are missing? These pages would have included relevant tables and charts as well as the character record sheet...
