Saints Row IV is a 2013 open world action-adventure video game developed by Volition and published by Deep Silver. It was released in August 2013 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It is the fourth installment in the Saints Row series, after the release of Saints Row: The Third in 2011. As in previous titles in the series, the player controls the leader of the Third Street Saints, a street gang, who has now become the president of the United States.

To change the language from Russian to English, in the folder with the game
Saints Row IV Game find the file steam_api.ini. Open with notepad and change the Language = russian on Language = english. Save.
