Saturn 3. If you can remember this movie, you know what a Ford ltd is. The build up to this movie was amazing only because of one person. The iconic blond bombshell Farrah Fawcett. Rumor has it, there is a nude scene! Everyone and his dog wanted to check this out. Even with the scene every one wanted, the movie still had a um hard time to keep the interest. Uneven storytelling and lackluster effects eventually lead to un positive reviews. Turns out Kirk Douglas got the director fired (I wonder if that happened before? Batman?) and tried to take over the production. What was left was a scratch your head tale that does not leave you with memories of Fawcett. It leaves you with memories of a bad sci fi movie with a 64 year old Kirk Douglas fighting Harvey Keitel in the nude. This re-edit takes away the attention over Fawcett and replaces it with a good ole fashion sci fi robot and man not working together tale. Kinda like a Philip K dick story. The build up is slow moving however, you do get to see Farrah Fawcett again. Oh the fight scene that was mentioned, it is gone.
