This book is by Geoffrey Archer (born 1944) often confused with Jeffrey Archer (born 1940) one-time British politician, jailbird and prolific author. There is an excellent collection of Jeffrey Archer books here: 26 Jeffrey Archer books and still seeding, so I won't repeat those. But the real Geoffrey Archer is rarer and this is the first I have been able to lay my hands on.
