This is a super low-budget, Shot-On-Video horror movie about a guy making snuff films. It's actually pretty good and has nudity, gore, and plenty of SOV sleaze.

Doug is addicted to horror movies. He finds in Ralis, lead singer of a theatrical rock band, the protagonist to his own version of a horror movie. But when it comes to the murder scene, Doug finds that the special effects are none at all. In fact, Doug discovers that Ralis is too much interested in the real horrors he can inflict onto others.
