I’m a fitness connoisseur.
As the Group Training Director for Muscle&Fitness and Men’s Fitness magazines, I cover workouts, diets, exercise trends, and the regimens of celebrities and athletes. I’ve also been the fitness editor at Muscle & Fitness Hers and Sly magazine. I’ve appeared on fitness and nutrition segments for several television shows, including MTV Hits and Good Day New York.
I’m a huge fan of mixed martial arts (MMA), and lucky to say that I was the senior editor at UFC magazine. Additionally, I was a contributing editor on the book Fit To Fight, a guide to strength training for MMA, by Jason Ferruggia.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.), and nutrition fanatic, I know firsthand what it takes to get bigger, stronger, leaner, and healthier. I underwent a 12-week body transformation and lost 35 pounds while adding 50 pounds to my squat. I ate no bread or cheese, drank no alcohol, and was in bed every night by 10:30.
