How to install the Seat´s Files on elsawin:

!!!!! YOU NEED TO INSTALL ELSAWIN FIRST BEFORE INSTALING THE DATABASE FILES !!!

1- Open the downloaded folder [Seat Elsawin Database (01.2013)] ;

2- Search for a file that is called Setup.exe and execute it with Administrator Priviliges.

3- Once the program opens, press start button;

4- Now is just Wait...
