Reduced the chance of encountering wildlife outside of the forest and mountain areas. Changed the accuracy of the crowbar and pistol when meleeing. Increased the amount of time between encounters by 100%. Changed the strength values of bears and wolves in the early game. Changed the spawn days for the different levels of bears and wolves appearing. Changed some encounter so that some characters have weaker weapons or no weapons.Removed 4 person encounters when outside of faction areas. Changed the spawn time between factions appearing on the map, the amount of space they control and how fast they spread.
