Regno di Molto Molto Lontano. Il re Harold e la regina Lillian stavano per firmare un patto magico con il perfido nano Tremotino: erano pronti a cedere il loro reame in cambio della salvezza della figlia Fiona,

Sono passati due anni da quando Fiona è stata salvata e le cose sono cambiate di molto: Shrek vive felicemente nella sua palude insieme alla moglie e ai suoi tre piccoli orchetti. Nessuno lo teme più né urla

nel vederlo e Shrek inizia ad avere nostalgia di quei tempi della sua vita prima d'incontrare Fiona.......

Storyline


A bored and domesticated Shrek pacts with deal-maker Rumpelstiltskin to get back to feeling like a real ogre again, but when he's duped and sent to a twisted version of Far Far Away -- where Rumpelstiltskin is

king, ogres are hunted, and he and Fiona have never met -- he sets out to restore his world and reclaim his true love......
