Windows® Vista and Windows® 7 users will need to install an update from Microsoft’s web site in order to view the older .hlp file format. You can install the update the first time you try view the file, or now (click here to install the update for Windows® Vista, click here to install the update for Windows® 7). The file may be viewed once the update has been installed.
Download and usage instructions
