Works fine on my Win 7 64 bit OS. You must get ton of mods for the game to be enjoyable though. The worst part is that mods are pay-to-get on the subsim.com forum.

Works fine for me on 7-64bit, crashed a couple times but i saved be for hand so not a problem other then that running perfect maxed out graphics, some mods running also as you install and update the game to 1.2 iirc Great upload Thanks Uploader

The game works fine for me. Using 7zip, take the file "vty-0322" and open it with 7zip file manager. Then extract...no password needed. Follow the remaining instructions. I just wanted to see if this game would run on my antiquated laptop before shelling out $5 for it on Steam. SH5 is typical Ubisoft--a mediocre and buggy release made excellent by the modding community. Thanks for uploading!

Additional note: This is the version you want. The 1.2 update will allow you to use any number of super mods for this game. Subsim.com will provide all that you need there. Good hunting!
