Silkie has always been one of Deep Medi's most intriguing contributors, delivering jazz-inflused blends of dubstep and synth-laden, Detroit style futurism. Here he offers up something rather special for the heads: a collection of "lost tracks" discovered deep in the bowels of his hard drive. It's a veritable treasure trove of goodness, from the percussive pump of the acid-tinged roller "Time Delay", and sweet, hip-hop tempo doodlings of "jazz Dub", to the rubbery two-step flex of "Boogs Noogs" and fluid, Herbie Hancock-goes-dubstep loveliness of "Daylight Savings". Then there's "Anymusik", an intergalactic trip into barrel-chested space-step territory. Impressive stuff.
