1.- Firsly, uncompress the file called "SimCity 3000 World Edition Portable.7z"
2.- And secondly then, uncompress the file called "SimCity 3000 World Edition Portable.rar" into in your directory C: (i.e: "C:Program files (x386)MaxisSimCity 3000 World Edition" in 64 bits machines and "C:Program filesMaxisSimcity 3000 World Edition" in 32 bits machines.)
3.- goto "Simcity 3000 World EditionApps" directory
4.- And finally Copy the filename called:
SC3U_crk.exe - Direct Access.lnk into Desktop.
Optional in spanish spoken users: SC3U_crk.exe - Acceso Directo.lnk (spanish) into Desktop. (NOTE: For hispanic users / Solo Usuarios hispanos.)
