This is a beta version of the SimCity 2013 DRMLESS Release.
Some basic simulation work are still to be done.

Installing the game is pretty much as if you were installing the legit copy.
No crack to install except that you have to update your windows hosts file and
install a dummy certificate so that you can download/update/authenticate into
the dummy local/remote private server.

Legit gamers should stay away. THIS IS NOT A MOD, this is a crack for an offline
single player mode with save ability, only original packages are provided.
You can nevertheless install whatever MOD you want.

The beta DRMLESS release include the followings :

- SimCity Standard Multilanguage Edition (v4.0.1.0)
- Offline saves
- No region simulation
- Not Greatwork simulation
- Original Packages
- Region templates available : Cap Trinity
- Tutorial
- Fixing Window 8 and some others license issues
- Adding a check for spaces in root folder name
- Fixing the dummy certificate check in some cases
- Fixing some 32bits and non NT license issues
- Abandon cities & regions is fixed
- Renaming cities is fixed
- Fixing some minor bugs & improvements
- Fixing the v1.4 saving issue
