This master thesis concludes our Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at the Faculty of Engineering, Lund University. The master thesis has been written at IKEA of Sweden, Älmhult, in collaboration with the Department of Industrial Management and Logistics, Faculty of Engineering, Lund University. We would like to thank Paul Björnsson, our supervisor at IKEA, who has given us the opportunity to write this master thesis and who has supported us throughout the project. We would also like to give our special thanks to Bertil Nilsson, our supervisor at Lund University, who has given us a lot of guidance throughout the project.
