To use extract using Winzip or any other program like it. Open the Trainer, then open the game and press the keys for the corresponding cheat/hack you want. I've tested this out myself and it does work.

F1 = FREEZE HEALTH
F2 = ADD 5,000 MONEY
F3 = ADD 10 TRIAD POINTS
F4 = ADD 10 MARTIAL POINTS
F5 = ADD 10 COP POINTS
F6 = FACE LEVEL UP
F7 = FREEZE SMG AMMO
F8 = FREEZE PISTOL AMMO
