Help the game doesn't start up I use windows 8 and the game used to work before but after I restored my PC and transferred the game to my PC it didn't work anymore. My PC meets the minimum requirements

Loading still freezes oh well

This is a PERFECT release, perfect installer, all of the DLC, and I mean ALL OF THEM (I have downloaded other 2 releases and they were missing some DLCs) and the proper crack, runs as smooth as silk.
This is the sleeping dogs release everyone should download, and nothing else.
