Alright guys it works. Here's what you need to do STEP BY STEP

1. Install BOTH Sniper Elite 3 (I'm using the R.G.Freedom repack) AND Steam (unless Steam is already installed)
2. Copy the files from the MP FIX Crack folder into the game folder, overwriting EVERYTHING
3. Start up Steam and login
4. Launch game from SniperElite3.exe
5. ???
6. PROFIT

But on a serious note, this does work. Go to the multiplayer menu and you will see a few lobbies. The people in these lobbies all have this crack too. (or something like it using 480 as the appid)
