I'm assuming this patch needs to be applied to the Reloaded GoG version?

This patch works on GOG versions, which have installation files in it (*.bin, *.exe). and people won't be able to apply it to Repack versions of GOG, because, sadly patch file can't identify whether the game is installed on your PC or not, since required registry Entries did not make and you won't be able to apply the patch.
although, possibly there is another solution for repack versions of GOG release, which you need to manually put required Entries into windows registry. but BEWARE it could be a bit dangerous if you mess with Windows' Registry.
