Space Adventure Cobra: The Shooting (PSX-J)

The Space Adventures of Cobra continue in this Japan exclusive third person shooter for Playstation 1.

The game forsakes the normal control of the gun crosshairs, and instead favors controlling the Psycho-Blast after firing it. This surprisingly allows for some fairly flexible maneuvering of shots. The plot seems to follow that of a spin-off story, featuring characters established in the Cobra series. Tank controls are the main form of movement, with the abilities to jump, duck and side hop. Dialogue is fully voiced, with some CGI cutscenes.
