Spigot Build #1651.jar

This is the latest build of Spigot (9/9/2014) coded by md_5 and Bukkit Dev Team, made using Spigot Patcher. This .jar file will suport 1.7 and 1.8 clients join together but there isn't any new "1.8 stuff". For more information about Spigot Patcher, you can check spi.gt :)
