After six 'Coast Watchers' in PNG are eliminated by the Japanese in a week, Cato believes the cause is an Aussie bloke named Liam Reilley (Chips Rafferty) who needs to be 'removed by any means necessary' to prevent further Coast Watcher deaths.



Reilley refuses to leave PNG as he has set himself up as a pseudo-King with his own army.
