Without doing research this appears to be 50's and 60's big band jazz music. Many of the songs sound like straight up jazz, just with big band backing it up. It's not really 2 records it is 2 records worth of songs, a marketing gimmick on the CD cover. A harder to find compilation of a jazz great.
