Star Trek Renegades (fanedit)

Star Trek Renegades fan edit. A great idea. Great actors. Some good scenes. Some decent effects.

So what went wrong? As far as I can tell, too many small story details bog down the flow as well as way too many close up shots. Did I mention the close up shots? Well if I did not then I must mention them. The close up shots. Like way to many. Could not get the "feel" of the surroundings because of this.

I also noticed several nods to other sci fi shows although some where not so obvious. That's cool.

Plus the close up shots, they where not.

You can tell the story tried to "serious" up with the arc. Not afraid to get "dirty" kinda thing. Although this is apparent, what also is are the extra arcs that have nothing to do with the main story. Once these are removed, the main narrative shows what warp capabilities it has.

Logically it should have more than full impulse power now.

- The Vulcan Ambassador from Enterprise (now a shape shifter)
- That Borg Kid dude from Voyager
- Robert Picardo (oh wait, I had to remove him. His arc was too weird)
- Sean Young! (Wow, that was right out of left warp field!)
- Edward Furlong!! (Yes that Edward Furlong! He. Is. Back.)
- Some lasers!
- Explosions!
- Unusually Curvy aliens!
- No kids!
- No unrealistic fight scenes
- Moar Star Trek!
