Stargate Atlantis S2E1 "Siege, Part 3"



The Wraith assault on Atlantis rages on. In the midst of the chaos, Dr. Beckett treats Lt. Ford, who has been rescued from a near-fatal encounter with the alien invaders. Ford's abnormally quick recovery, however, leaves the doctor suspicious. He worries that the Wraith who attacked Ford might have injected the young officer with a harmful enzyme, causing unpredictable long-term damage.





Stargate Atlantis S2E2 "The Intruder"



Drs. Weir and McKay and the newly promoted Lt. Col. Sheppard are en route from Earth to Atlantis on board the Daedalus. Their first visit home has been emotionally draining, and they are looking forward to resuming their lives in the Ancient city.



Soon after they cross into the Pegasus galaxy, however, a scientist is electrocuted in the Daedalus's computer room. McKay first believes that faulty circuitry is to blame, but then a second scientist is killed while investigating the problem. Now convinced that the deaths are no accident, McKay convinces Col. Caldwell, commander of the Daedalus, to drop the ship out of hyperspace until the murderous saboteur can be found.





Stargate Atlantis S2E3 "Runner"



During a routine science mission on planet P3M-736, Maj. Lorne's team discovers a Wraith that has been shot to death. When Dr. Beckett determines that the carcass is missing an enzyme sac from its right arm, Sheppard and Weir immediately presume that Ford might be the killer, because he was addicted to the enzyme when he escaped from Atlantis.



Hoping to find their missing teammate, Sheppard, McKay, Teyla and Lorne return to the planet, split up, and begin a search. Sheppard and Teyla soon locate the trail of someone they hope is Ford, but when they give chase they are shot with a stun gun.





Stargate Atlantis S2E4 "Duet"



While investigating a planet leveled by a Wraith attack, McKay and new security team member Lt. Laura Cadman are transported aboard a Wraith Dart. Before the Dart can escape through the stargate, Sheppard and the rest of the team shoot it down. They race to the crash site, but there's no sign of McKay and Cadman.



After inspecting the wreck, Dr. Zelenka announces that the Dart's transporter equipment contains the signatures of two life-forms, but only enough power to rematerialize one of them. He activates the materializer, and McKay appears. The group returns to Atlantis, hoping that McKay will find a new way to power the Dart and retrieve Lt. Cadman. Then, however, McKay claims to hear Cadman's voice — from inside his own head. Somehow, her consciousness has been downloaded into his body along with his own.
