This album was produced over a timespan of about 8 months. Some of the songs were composed a few years earlier but most of it was composed in the same time frame. While there is definitely a myriad of 8-bit sounds on this album, I wouldn't consider this a chipmusic album specifically. It's really more of a collection of stuff that never fit the themes of the other albums I've been working on that are set for release in the upcoming months. There's definite shoegaze and psychedelic sounds as well as some very experimental sounds. There are moments of glitched sounds and moments of noise as well as moments of retro synth. This album is mostly happier tunes although there is a few melancholy numbers on this as well.
