Star trek V. The one star trek that tried to fuse camping, slapstick, and bad timing into one awful trek tale. I cannot believe I went the see this. I cannot believe I had this on vhs (to complete the collection), and still have on dvd. No ray for this movie. It is that bad. Still, there was a story to be told. Even if we have seen it for years in the star trek episodes. All of the bad parts are gone. no dancing by uhura, or that green thing. Just good old star trek. The beginning is in total star trek style . No camping scenes. The story unfolds just like we expect. A good old fashioned star trek tale. That is all we ever want.
