As I am new to the "Dark Tower": Is there any guide in what order I have to read what? There are novels, graphic novels, but how is everything connected? :)

I'm not much of a Stephen King fan myself, but I expect these comics either adapt or spin out off one or more of the novels. Did you already read the Wikipedia article I linked?

Read the novels first. Otherwise the comics would spoil the main plot of the 4th book. I suggest starting with "The Gunslinger" and finishing the original series, then the newest book, and only after that the comics. I'll list them below with their titles so you could keep track of them easier.

1) The Gunslinger (1st novel)
2) The Drawing of the Three (2nd novel)
3) The Wastelands (3rd novel)
4) The Wizard and the Glass (4th novel)
5) Wolves of the Calla (5th novel)
6) Song of Susannah (6th novel)
7) The Dark Tower (7th novel)
8) The Wind Through the Keyhole* (8th/4.5th novel)

* You could read the Wind Through the Keyhole after the 4th novel, but it was written after the series are finished. It fills the gap of events between the end of 4th book and beginning of the 5th. It wouldn't spoil the plot but it was meant to be read after finishing the 7th book.

I didn't read all the comics yet. So my suggestion may not be 100% correct. So I'll also add the release dates, so you could decide it for yourself.
After reading the novels start with:
9) The Gunslinger Born (2007 - 1st comic)
10) The Long Road Home (2008 - 2nd comic)
11) Treachery (2008 - 3rd comic)
12) The Sorcerer* (2009 - 3.5th comic)
13) Fall of Gilead (2009 - 4th comic)
14) Battle of Jericho Hill (2009 - 5th comic)
15) The Journey Begins (2010 - 6th comic)
16) The Little Sisters of Eluria (2010 - 7th comic)
17) The Battle of Tull (2011 - 8th comic)
18) The Way Station (2011 - 9th comic)
19) The Man in Black (2012 - 10th comic)
20) Sheemie's Tale** (2013 - 6.5th comic)
21) Evil Ground (2013 - 11th comic)
22) So Fell Lord Perth (2013 - 12th comic)

* The Sorcerer is a prelude to Fall of Gilead. Its released April 2009, and Fall of Gilead is May 2009. So I assume it would be safe to read it just after Treachery.
** Sheemie's Tale was supposed to be an interlude between The Journey Begins and The Little Sisters of Eluria. But its release was postponed several times, up to the 2013, which is 3 years late from the original date. I can't say for sure (as I didn't read it myself yet) if it would be okay to read it after The Journey Begins.
