Description

Carrie White är skolans hackkyckling. Alla de andra retar henne. Som om det inte
skulle vara nog har hon en överreligiös mamma, som snabbt påpekar Carries handlingar
och hävdar att hon syndar. En utav skolans personal tar tag i saken och börjar
prata med Carrie och försöker bygga upp hennes självförtroende.

Sakta men säkert börjar Carrie blomma ut, och när Sue övertalar sin kille att gå
med Carrie på skolbalen (eftersom Sue har skuldkänslor för Carrie), ser det ut
som om allt kommer att ordna sig.
Men någon planerar ett elakt Practical Joke riktat mot den stackars flickan. Vad de
inte vet är att Carrie har en färdighet som låter henne röra föremål med tankarna.
En sådan flicka bör inte retas upp...
