YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND HOLDS THE KEY
TO LETTING GO OF ANGER! ANGER IS A NATURAL REACTION TO BUILT-UP STRESSFUL ENERGY. BY PROPERLY DIRECTING THAT ENERGY, YOU CAN LET GO OF THE ANGER YOU FEEL IN A PRODUCTIVE, HELPFUL WAY... BREAKING THE NEGATIVE CYCLE YOU ARE IN. Hypnosis is one of the most effective ways to get control of your emotions and let go of pent up anger. Anger is often a symptom of other emotions or factors in our lives. It can be an expression of stress, fear, sadness or depression, or the impression of not feeling we are in control of our own lives. Hypnosis can help sort out the real emotions behind anger and direct that energy toward more productive behaviors. The term “anger management” is used lightly these days and sometimes in a joking way. However, uncontrolled anger is no laughing matter. It can lead to hurt feelings, damaged relationships and much worse, physical harm to property or people. Road rage is one example of uncontrolled anger that can lead to physical and even deadly consequences. Our health may also depend on how we harbor or express anger. Studies have found that those who are angry often and for extended periods of time are more likely to develop heart disease. Hypnosis works to control anger by actually getting rid of it. When the person undergoing hypnosis for anger is able to completely relax, the anger is released. The thought processes about situations that would manifest themselves with expressions of anger are changed. Hypnosis is able to trigger more appropriate responses to such stimuli so that the real emotions are expressed. Anger then becomes a thing of the past and expressed in a controlled manner and only when an angry response is normal. Through hypnosis the body and mind are put into a relaxed state. This enables information already contained within the brain to be restructured so that when a situation arises, a constructive emotional response is recalled and used. Clinical Hypnotherapist, Steve G. Jones, guides the listener to replace angry responses with more rational reactions in his program, Letting Go of Anger. It's easier than you think. Steve G. We all have moments in our lives when we are angry. Anger can be a hard emotion to control. Some people cope with their feelings of anger in different ways. There are those that keep their feelings bottled up and then fume to themselves and there are those who explode at anything and everything that sets them off. Both are unhealthy ways of coping with anger. When feelings of anger begin to arise, ask yourself whether the situation is really that important. Many times you will find that it is not that important and you will let go of the anger. On rare occasions, you will find that your anger has a just cause. In these circumstances you must find a way to resolve the conflict. Holding anger can take a toll on your body emotionally and physically. It can lead to stress, lack of sleep, and a raised heart rate. Anger can cause once strong relationships with friends and family to diminish. But realize that you can take control of your anger and you can mend relationships; it may take some work and some practice, but you can let go of your anger. Here is a sample of the script used in this recording: Anger Your mind is calm more; your body is relaxed as you drift now deeper and deeper relaxing more and more. And now you ponder certain thoughts. You ponder the idea that when you harbor anger, you increase your stress. You choose no longer to live this way. You choose not to keep your anger inside. You choose to release it in a very productive and healthy and non-harmful, non-threatening way. When you find yourself becoming frustrated with someone, you find that you speak with them, addressing the problem directly, calmly, and appropriately. At first this may seem a little different to you, different than the way you had been doing things, but soon, much sooner than you ever imagined possible, you will become very, very good at this, very good at releasing stress at the point at which it comes to you. When someone bothers you, you tell them about it in a very calm way. You release that anger. You release that stress. You find yourself becoming more and more clam. You engage in calming activities. Perhaps if you choose, you begin to meditate, regularly. Perhaps if you choose, you begin to exercise, regularly, doing things which release anger, which release stress before it becomes anger. You find yourself living in harmony with your conscience. Your conscience directs your moral activity. You find that you do not violate your conscience. Therefore, you do not create stress for yourself; you live in tune with your conscience. Your subconscious mind lives in tune with your conscience. Your conscious mind also lives in tune with your conscience, that moral part of you which makes you who you are. You do those things which you consider to be right. You do not violate others rights. And when you feel your rights are violated, you address that situation; you talk to that person who did that in a very calm way, releasing the stress. Whenever you have a stressful moment, you release that stress in a very positive, productive way. And your mind is being directed to come up with positive ways to release that stress, it may be jogging, it may be yoga, it may be meditation, may be any number of things. Your mind is being given a direct command to come up with ways to release stress before it becomes anger, to release stress in a very positive, productive, and helpful way.
