When I started Rx I was using scripts created from scrubbed HK subs. Thanks to FortMax, who I can't thank enough, I was able to create subs using the Japanese captions. Thankfully only the first 5 episodes were affected.

I would definitely suggest downloading these to replace the originals. While the changes are small, they really clear up a lot of confusion.
