An excellent series with many interesting stories. Unsolved Mysteries with Robert Stack.

Some freaky Strange Legends are covered in this boxset.

Approx. runtime is 6 hours.

obscurity as ''Brushy Bill Robert''. A historian thinks it was actually Billy's partner who was shot and killed im

1881.

BC Sea Monster- Investigation into the sea monster in Canada called Cadbourosaurus or ''Caddy''. Butchers found the

carcass of a creature resembling a sea serpent in the belly of a giant whale.

Disk 3-

Elvis' Twin- Few people know that Elvis Presley was haunted his entire life by the specter of his dead twin brother,

who died in childbirth. Peter Whitmer studies the psychology of twins and believes Jesse's death had a profound effect

on Elvis and was the driving force between Elvis's creative genius and destructive tendencies.

Yeti- Tom, a scientist and businessman believes he found proof of existance of the Yeti, after years of leading

expeditions to the Himalayas.

DB Cooper- 1971, soft spoken man named D.B. Cooper hijacks an airliner, forces it to land then released the passengers.

Claiming his briefcase had a bomb he forced the crew to take off again then parachuted from the plane with 200,000

dollars he extorted from authorities. Did he live or die?

Huey Long-Tells the story of senator Huey Pierce Long from Louisiana who was murdered by an Assassin's bullet. Was Huey

killed by the assassin or accidently shot by his own body guards?

Who plugged Bugsy?- Bugsy was celebrated for his matinee idol good looks and his occasionally white hot temper. After

his assassination many suspects emerged, Lucky Luciano and many more. The case was never solved.

John Wilkes Booth- Some believe that John Wilkes Booth was never shot and someone else was buried in his place. The

fugitive, who was killed in a Virginia tobacco farm had red hair and freckles; however Booth, who had been called the

''handsomest man in America'' had dark brown hair. He also had a scar on his neck that was not found on the body in the

barn. Some believe Lincoln's assassin had escaped and lived until 1903.

Mona Lisa- When Da Vinci died in 1519, the secret of the Mona Lisa's identity went with him to the grave. However,

recent computer analysis may have revealed a startling clue to her identity. Could Mona Lisa have been Da Vinci himself?

Very interesting story.

Disk 4-

Agatha Christie- Mystery writer Christie is mad at her husband and ''disapears''. Police look for her and fear shes

been abducted. Three weeks later shes found at a spa suffering from ''amnesia.'' Was she kidnapped, or did she have a

secret rendezvous with a secret lover?

Skunk Ape- Tales of an infamous skunk ape creature said to roam the Everglades. There have been several sitings,

photographs have been taken, footprints and hair samples have been found but the scientific samples show that the hair

samples are not from animals found naturally in the Everglades.

Chair of Death- in the tiny village of Thirsk, in the local museum, sits a valuable antique chair. According to locals

the chair is cursed with an astonishing and lethal power.

RFX Pix- Scott Enyart, a Photographer, says that at the instant senator Kennedy was shot in the pantry of the

Ambassador Hotel, he was there taking pictures. The police confiscated the rolls. After winning the lawsuit the film

mysteriously disappears from the car of the government courier returning the photos to Enyart.

Anastasia- Was the Russian czarina actually murdered or did she miraculously escape? This story examines the death of

the Romanovs and whether Anna Anderson was really Anastasia.

Bermuda Triangle- The mysterious Bermuda Triangle Legend which began with the disapearance of 5 Navy bombers % 14 crew

members that vanished in December of 1945 off the Atlantic Coast of Florida. One investigator has located one of the

WWII fighter-bombers submerged 30 miles off Cape-Canaveral. Interesting story.

Mothman- Story of a mysterious creature that plagues a small town in West Virginia, leaving residents to ponder, is it

an alien, a mutant being, or the fulfillment of an ancient curse? This is the true story behind the movie starring

Richard Gere.

***Once again as with the two above, this is 'best of' compilation of stories from various seasons and episodes of the

show. This is NOT an episode pack. Overall excellent collection of stories, Highly Recommended.

Enjoy!!!
