NOTE: I REALLY DONT KNOW IF IT WORKS WITH FL 9 BUT FOLLOW THESE STEPS AND IT MAY WORK.

BUT THESE STEPS IS ONLY FOR FL STUDIO 11

STEP 1. MOVE OR COPY AND PASTE --> Raptor VST.instruments Folder
AND Raptor VST.dll

TO

Program Files (x86)/

Image-Line/

FL Studio 11/

Plugins/

VST FOLDER

STEP 2. YOUR DONE!!
