filminfo: Solid flick that's a bit more serious and less exploitative than
Corman's 70s and 80s oeuvre. Spheeris cast punk kids instead of actors
to achieve a certain gritty realism. Rather than realism that strategy
pretty much just ensures shitty acting. But that's part of the film's
charm

Plot is kind of secondary in this flick. Basically you have a bunch of
kids who leave home mostly because their parents suck. They are very
angry kids. Sometimes they go to concerts and strip chicks naked to
show how angry they are. They aren't very productive, but it's hard to
be productive when you're super angry and super cool

You've also got some rednecks. They are very angry rednecks. Sometimes
they go to houses where punk kids are hanging out and strip some chick
naked to show how angry they are. They aren't very productive, but it's
hard to be productive when you're super angry and super retarded

When super angry and super retarded rednecks come face to face with
super angry and super cool kids, well, things don't always go well. But
that's just life in suburbia. So suck it, and enjoy this totally true
to life flick about being super angry and super unproductive. Because
when life gives you lemons you should probably go rip the clothes off of
some chick
