Description
Ibn al-Arabi (1165.1240) was a great and prolific Sufi mystic from Andalusia, Spain. He was reknowned by Muslims and non-Muslims alike as the "Great Master" (Sheikh al-Akbar). He taught the Oneness of God. He is considered to be a "Wali of Allah" or Friend of God.
Although he wrote many great works, not much is available in English. There are a lot of his works available in Arabic, but unfortunately Arabic is not of much use to me. (I am aware that the attribution of some of these works to Ibn Arabi is doubtful.
