Getting an email from your ISP provider would not be due to the torrent you download per say but the fact you are torrenting whilst using their service. I would suggest using a proxy server to switch your IP and then you can't be tracked. I have no internet service provider at home, I use a 3g pre pay dongle, and it's topped up with cash, yet I still use a proxy. I've as yet not received any emails and I'm not aware how they would find my email address. I've seen people mention this before and their advice was to ignore the mail, as once you respond your admitting you uploaded content not owned by yourself (which is the illegal part of torrenting). Whatever you do again it's not the specific torrent responsible for alerting you provider, and
