Don't you think the real crime is that Supertramp's "Crime Of The Century" was issued in a deluxe 40th anniversary edition on blu-ray audio in high resolution without a 5.1 surround sound mix? I thought so.

This is "Crime Of The Century" upmixed to 5.1 DTS-Master Audio lossless surround sound. Initial channel splitting was done using the SPEC method and tools available on Surroundbyus.com. This upmix can only be played on PCs and Blu-Ray DVD home theater/audio systems capable of decoding and playing DTS-MA files. Also included is a 1975 Supertramp concert recorded in March 1975 at the Hammersmith Odeon in London. The original album is presented in 192khz-24 bit 5.1 and the concert is in 48khz-24 bit 5.1. The studio album was sourced from the blu-ray and the concert from the bonus CD that comes with the compact disc release. Info and lyric slides accompany each track.

You can burn it to a standard DVD DL (dual layer) 8.5GB blank (it doesn't need to be a blu-ray blank or burner) using the ISO files. I recommend ImgBurn for best results.
