Changelog v11.4.11

A huge change to the image viewer. Bitmaps are now reused to use significantly less memory!
For images where the preview bitmap is equal to the full sized bitmap, SubsamplingScaleImageView now uses the preview bitmap to avoid loading the same image into memory twice. This should help to use even less memory
