First time running the tkom.exe application: enforce3_ltcg.dll is required. Fine, google for the .dll file and download from a trusty website.
Second time running tkom.exe: with the .dll file in the same directory I get another error, "TKOM.exe - Entry Point Not Found [The procedure entry point ?WaitForExit@CThread@enf@@IBEXXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library enforce3_ltcg.dll]."

Please advise.
