Opis:

Szkoła kadetów w Bunker Hill ma 141 lat i chlubne tradycje.
Wszyscy podopieczni od pierwszej chwili są wychowywani w duchu bezwzględnej dyscypliny,
umiłowania szkoły i ojczyzny a jedynym godnym wyrażania uczuciem jest umiłowanie honoru.
Brian Moreland (Timothy Hutton) i Alex Dwyer (Sean Penn) są obecni najstarsi rangą w szkole z pośród wychowanków.
W dniu uroczystej parady z ust ich ukochanego dowódcy generała Bache (George C. Scott)
słyszą przerażającą wiadomość: szkoła ma zostać zlikwidowana. Chłopcy są załamani.
Nie rozumieją dlaczego. Na domiar złego ich ukochany dowódca zostaje aresztowany.
Kadeci postanawiają bronić swojej szkoły. I to dosłownie.Opanowują arsenał z bronią,
za murach otaczających szkołą ustawiają uzbrojone posterunki. Próby negocjacji nic nie dają.
Po drugiej stronie murów pojawiają się regularne oddziały wojska.

Storyline:

An announcement that the venerable Bunker Hill Military Academy, a 141 year old institute,
is to be torn down and replaced with condos sets off the young cadets led by their stodgy commander.
Under the command of a student cadet major, the cadets seize the campus,
refuse entry of the construction crews and ultimately confront the real military.
