TYA members MARCUS BONFANTI (vocals, guitar, harmonica), COLIN HODGKINSON (bass), CHICK CHURCHILL (keyboards) and RIC LEE (drums) performed a sell-out tour throughout Europe 2014 to both public and peer acclaim.

March 2014:
Chick and I finally organised the new TYA line-up and boy, is it amazing! We’ve been rehearsing solidly for the last few weeks with Marcus and Colin, who, apart from being tremendous musicians, are really good guys and we know we’re going to have a lot of fun when we hit the road in May.

We’ve delved deep into the TYA back catalogue and are really enjoying ourselves doing some of the songs that many of you have requested over the years that we somehow never got around to playing. Tracks like I Say Yeah, Standing At The Station, Gonna Run, Nowhere To Run and Sugar The Road.

Not only is Marcus a fabulous singer, he plays terrific guitar, slide guitar and a mean harmonica, so the new band is very fresh and still retains the TYA high energy.

All the very best

Chick & Ric

Stupid statement, loads of Bands have changed line ups and then gone on to make their best albums... Syd Barrett Pink Floyd... Brian Jones Rolling Stones to name a few.
The point is not weather or not you think its as good as the original, the point is that there are still a group of musicians trying to keep the music alive. With a sense of humor I may add...The Name Remains The Same...lol -

My favorite band is Deep Purple ---- now there is a band you can point to compare...or can you ? Some would argue that they stopped being DP when Rod Evans was kicked out [yes they do exist] some say it's only the MK II lineup with Gillan....Some say Coverdale and Hughes brought them back to life....and MK III rule....OK OK no one says Joe Lynn Turner was best [but at least Ritchie and Jon were still in the band]...the point is Deep Purple are still creating magic till this day. Should they change the name ???? I mean without Jon Lord and Ritchie Blackmore can you REALLY have a Deep Purple ???? Are they a rip-off now ??? Are They Fake ??? I don't believe so, but it's just one humble man's opinion.....

I say keep on rockin' ~ peace
Thank you for this gem...brings back sweet memories
