I don't know what exactly causing this issue but it worked fine for me as soon as I installed it.

Either uninstall the previous one (make a data backup) or make a patch to Android using Luckypatcher to skip signature check if you have a rooted phone.

not working for me , was try on samsung , alcatel , and nothing , game starts and crash

Did you put the obb file in the correct path like in description?
For me it's working fine on my S4.
