Description:
The Banner Saga - an epic role-playing game inspired by the legends of the Vikings. Drawn graphics creates frightening landscapes, drowning in the eternal twilight. Towns and villages are crumbling. Heroes leave the comfort of home and go on a journey through the snowy countryside, meeting on the way allies in the battle against new and unusual threat. The Banner Saga - beautifully painted tactical RPG about Vikings posed by former employees of BioWare, once worked on the Star Wars: The Old Republic.
In Factions players gaining units and pumped, and then compete with each other to get their share of the glory and compete ratings. The combat system has remained the same difficult, as in beta, but now there is a full tutorial, designed as a story quest with long rollers. Rollers are very good advertising base game - it is now waiting for more. Units are divided into three main classes: the classical "tanks" - huge severe Vikings with horns and axes, smaller and more nimble peasants - something like a robber, and ox-eyed northern archers.
Initially you give a certain starter kit soldiers, and later on you can hire new universal for local currency - fame (renown). Nothing prevents you to put up a fight at least six archers, at least six "tanks", but better, of course, once properly balance the squad. From this - as well as the starting line-up and proper use of the characteristics of each unit - here everything depends.
