A New York psychiatrist finds that a voodoo cult, which believes in child sacrifice, has a keen
interest in his own son.

Po śmierci żony policyjny psychiatra Cal Jamison przeprowadza się wraz z synem do Nowego Jorku.
Na miejscu pomaga prowadzić śledztwo w sprawie zamordowania dwóch chłopców, którzy prawdopodobnie
zostali rytualnie złożeni w ofierze. Jamison podejrzewa, że ma do czynienia z kultem Voodoo.
Wbrew ostrzeżeniom swojej pokojówki wkracza w świat magii i ulega jej wpływowi. Mężczyzna nie
