Seems to me that this is a shriveled version of http://kat.cm/the-best-of-youth-2003-720p-web-dl-h264-hulu-t7449271.html# , dropping the video bit rate from 3031 Kbps to 1118 Kbps (and attempting to denoise it, but really only changing the mosquito grain to blocking) and reconverting the audio from 128 Kbps Aac LC stereo to 48 Kbps HE Aac LC stereo. If size is an issue than this is OK, otherwise go with the original. Good quality for the size, A8 V8. Thanks to the Uploader.
